Group booking: x2 fish and chips overcooked x1 steak undercooked and taken back to the kitchen, took far to long to bring steak out everyone else at the table had finished their meals. Staff also forgot drinks and needed to be reminded.

Had our grand daughter’s first birthday party here on Sunday. An area was reserved for us and we were then able to set it out ourselves with a hired in soft play area. Food was perfect and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Thanks so much Andy and Maria for looking after us.

Wednesday 4th October Purchasing the wagyu beef burger from tompkins was a great decision. Very juicy and tasteful burger with a great lettuce-tomato-meat ratio. The side of chips topped it off with an immaculate crunch and filled the gaps the burger didn't, the chips also being heavily salted made it even more scrumptious and delightful. Thank you very much. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Menu not the same as online. A few items missing. Overall ok. Went again for lunch Wednesday but not open

Went there on mother's day to get a couple of coffees. Place was maybe 1/4 full, waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before someone spoke to me, only to tell me they were fully booked and not taking coffee orders. I was surprised as others had ordered coffee before me. Unimpressed.

We held a small Celebration of Life event at Tompkins private function room and they went above and beyond our expectations with their service. The room was set out exactly as we requested and the day went very smoothly with their food and drink service. Would definitely recommend!
